Requirements for Registration as a Trade Union

1. Application for registration stating reasons
2. Two (2) copies of the association’s constitution
3. Minutes of general meeting where decision was taken
4. List of attendants with signatures
5. List of association’s officials
6. Duly completed “form” from the office of registrar of trade unions (RTU) with five thousand naira (5,000)
