The Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment, in collaboration with the International Labour Organisation (ILO), has officially launched the National Industrial Relations Policy (NIRP).
The launch was conducted by the Honourable Minister of Labour and Employment, Dr. Muhammad Maigari Dingyadi, at the United Nations House, Abuja.
The NIRP provides a framework for promoting social dialogue, strengthening collective bargaining, and fostering industrial harmony across Nigeria’s public and private sectors.
